Memphis, TN — Jerry Lee Lewis’ Café & Honky Tonk is pleased to announce that Archbishop Dorian Baxter, also known as Elvis Priestly and the Archbishop of Beale Street, will Rock ‘n’ Roll Beale Street during Elvis Week 2017, offering Wedding Vow Renewal ceremonies and a Book Signing at Jerry Lee Lewis Café & Honky Tonk, located at 310 Beale Street, and performing at Club Handy, located at 200 Beale Street.
Attention Elvis fans! Elvis has not died and gone to heaven—he lives on in Archbishop Dorian Baxter! Whether your marriage is seasoned or still fresh, the love you share can be celebrated again by renewing your vows in the ultimate Elvis-themed destination Wedding Vow Renewal ceremony on Beale Street with Elvis Priestly! Wedding Vow Renewal ceremonies will be held from 7:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, through Sunday, August 20, 2017. Wedding Vow Renewal ceremonies are $20.00 each and include a special Elvis Wedding Vow Renewal certificate made with 5 ct. gold ink!
Following the Wedding Vow Renewal ceremonies, Elvis Priestly will perform each night starting at 8:00pm at Club Handy across the street from Jerry Lee Lewis’ Café & Honky Tonk. Elvis Priestley’s Elvis impersonation is known to be dead on and he puts on a show you won’t want to miss!
Elvis fans will also enjoy Archbishop Dorian Baxter’s book, “From Mombasa to Memphis,” which tells the story of the phenomenal impact Elvis has had and continues to have on the lives of millions and millions of people from every race, culture, and creed around the world as well as how Elvis has permeated his experience as Anglican Archbishop, educator, motivational speaker, entertainer, politician, and activist. The Book Signing will be held from 4:30pm – 6:00pm on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Books will be individually autographed and sold for $25.00 each.

About Archbishop Dorian Baxter
Born in Mombasa, Kenya, East Africa, on April 3, 1950, Dorian Baxter discovered the amazing musical talent of Elvis Presley on his 5th birthday in 1955 and it changed his life. Dorian moved to Canada in 1968 and was ordained into the Anglican Church of Canada on May 15, 1983, by Archbishop Lewis Garnsworthy. He was consecrated Archbishop of the Federation of Independent Anglican Churches of North America on March 9, 2003, by Bishop Christopher Jukes and Bishop Anthony Ouehand according to the Church of England’s rite of apostolic succession. Dorian received his Bachelor’s Degree from York University and his Master’s Degree in Divinity from the University of Toronto. He has two daughters Rachel and Malaika.
